RESTRICT AUTOMERGE: Fix MultiDisplayActivityLaunchTests#testTaskMatchOrderAcrossDisplays for Auto - In Auto UI Portrait, when a new display is created, the home activity launching causes issues with the top focused activity. Launch the home activity before so that it does not interfere with the embedded activity. - The root task might not be the leaf node in the view hierarchy. Change the task ID to the correct one.
