fix ArrowKeyMovementMethodTest KeyEvent inconsistencies The KeyEvents used in various ArrowKeyMovementMethod tests were inconsistent: - KeyEvent.ACTION_UP sent to onKeyDown() - meta state in KeyEvent does not match meta state in MetaKeyKeyListener This commit should correct all of those situations.
