Mark AlmostFullTest as a known failure also for [instant] mode.
The test was already disabled in b/38464828, but before
the notion of the [instant] variant was introduced in CTS.
The existing cts-known-failures filter does not work for
[instant] unless it explicitly specifies it as in this CL.
Exactly the same rationale as listed in b/38464828#comment9
applies to why the test has to be disabled for [instant].
