  "message": "Fix StartActivityAsUserTests on Automotive\n\nCLONE profiles are not supported on Automotive devices. Use a full\nsecondary user instead of a profile user to start the test activity on\nAutomotive. This will enable the tests for non-debug builds as well.\n\nAlso set the showForAllUsers flag to true for\nStartActivityAsUserActivity, so that the activity can start for\nnon-current user.\n\nThe change should not affect phones.
