Fix wrong CTS test: E should be mapped to Period in dvorak

Platform fix will come with next API bump, so removing the part of
CTS test that checks the mapping for keycode E.

If we fix the CTS without platform fix, then the test will start failing
for Android V and if we not remove this part of the test then it will
start failing for QPR releases.
