Used recent time for the last visit time in BrowserTest Previously, we use the 1 - 250 milliseconds after unix epoch, the last visit time of the rows are so old that will be removed by the background history archive task in chrome. Change-Id: I45dc0d94ba6b2821559549cffcb4cc5461a5ff9a
