Test for stop cursor from blinking when not visible
These tests use a mocked/copied version of the logic used to determine
if a cursor should be blinking. Test coverage includes new activity
launched with editor without focus, new activity launched with editor
with focus and new activity launched with editor with focus activity
moved to background then resumed.
