CtsMedia: Update the links used in StreamingMediaPlayerTest

Links used in StreamingMediaPlayerTest are now updated to use test
content from google cloud location instead of redirector.gvt1.com.

aosp/2305152 in android 14 onwards updated this test to use files
from a zip file. This CL is an alternative to that approach for
older versions of Android.
