CDD: Add 7.5.4/C-SR: LOGICAL_MULTI_CAMERA as STRONGLY RECOMMENDED - For uniformity of developer experience on devices with multiple cameras facing the same direction, STRONGLY RECOMMEND that all device implementations with such cameras implement a logical camera device that advertises the LOGICAL_MULTI_CAMERA capability.
