  "message": "Dedup apex/Prebuilt and apex/ApexSet\n\nMoves common properties, fields and method into the prebuiltCommon\ntype.\n\nOne slight change is that this change causes the Prebuilt module to use\nthe outputApex when generating the AndroidMkEntries instead of the\ninputApex that it used before. They are the exact same files as the\ninputApex is simply copied to the outputApex.
