  "message": "Remove PRODUCT_INSTALL_EXTRA_FLATTENED_APEXES\n\nWe will deprecate flattened apexes. In this change, GSI-specific make\nvariable (PRODUCT_INSTALL_EXTRA_FLATTENED_APEXES) is removed.
