  "message": "Add dependencies for art boot_image\n\nAdds dependencies for the art boot image. The art boot image only\nincludes modules from the com.android.art APEX and so this change adds\nsome verification to make sure that the APEX component of the\nconfiguration is compatible with the boot_image\u0027s apex_availabilty\nsettings and then just adds dependencies on the modules.
