  "message": "Greatly reduce build warning spam.\n\nNo-one ever fixes unused-* or deprecated-* warnings in external/ (nor should they!).\n\n-Wno-deprecated-enum-enum-conversion should probably have been added\nnext to -Wno-deprecated-anon-enum-enum-conversion when it was added,\nsince it\u0027s a major spam contributor, and equally unlikely that anyone\nwill clean them up.\n\n-Wno-deprecated-dynamic-exception-spec is a weird special case because\nit should be irrelevant after our next libc++ update, but in the\nmeantime -- because libc++ is used everywhere -- this is a massive spam\ncontributor that no-one on Android cares about because we don\u0027t use\nexceptions (and the people seeing this can\u0027t fix libc++ anyway).\n\nTest: local clean builds\nChange-Id: I098202337e9e5026c4c5215dbf5a2abf1fbbdca8\n",
