Run soong_ui.bash using the same environment variables We run soong_ui.bash multiple times per inner tree per api domain. Running it using the same env vars ensures that we do not incur the cost of retriggering api_bp2build and soong_build every single time Test: multitree_build vendor/nothing locally (using inner_build_cf_vendor.py) Change-Id: Ibeff30b76db30cf322360a45089171543c1cf08c
