Fix mixed_droid to use correct metrics flag

This should fix aosp-master-bazel builds

Test: verified mixed_droid did not immediately die.

The code in this directory is experimental. Bazel support for Android Platform is undergoing active development and workflow stability is currently not guaranteed.
