RBC regression test script providing failure details.

This has been derived from rbc_product_config.sh with several improvements:
* the name reflects its function
* when comparison fails, shows failure details
* runs the test for all the configurations regardless of failures
The old rbc_product_config.sh now redirects to the new one.
