Fail multiproduct_analysis on non-riscv failures

Everything except riscv products should work, so make them into real
failures.

The differing bp2build files still has a lot of failures however because
the art codegen property cl was rolled back.

The code in this directory is experimental. Bazel support for Android Platform is undergoing active development and workflow stability is currently not guaranteed.
