do a single warm-up run

 sufficiently removed the variance for the first
 CUJ run while taking much shorter time than having
 a warm up run for each build type

Test: incremental-build.py -c change

The code in this directory is experimental. Bazel support for Android Platform is undergoing active development and workflow stability is currently not guaranteed.
