bp2build: build //bionic/... in the demo script instead of //bionic/libc/...

Now that the sh_binary target is now buildable.

Test: run the demo script
Test: bazel build //bionic/...

The code in this directory is experimental. Bazel support for Android Platform is undergoing active development and workflow stability is currently not guaranteed.
