Remove bp2build-sync.

It's not necessary anymore given that we now use a symlink forest.

In addition, change the CI scripts to generate the BUILD files directly
instead of calling milestone-2/demo.sh .

The code in this directory is experimental. Bazel support for Android Platform is undergoing active development and workflow stability is currently not guaranteed.
