  "message": "Workaround for existing packages check failure when the `generic`\nproduct is used with ART prebuilts.\n\nThe prebuilt packages in packages/modules/ArtPrebuilt don\u0027t get\nAndroid.mk entries in the `generic` product (as opposed to e.g.\n`aosp_arm`), so the enforce-product-packages-exist check fails there.\n\nExclude the ART APEX modules from the check as a workaround.
