  "message": "Make android_certificate_directory public\n\nThis should not be necessary because bp2build should emit a package()\nstatement with default_visibility \u003d public. However, there appears\nto be a problem with bp2build\u0027s symlink forest, where it doesn\u0027t\nhandle symlinks correctly.\n\nbuild/target is a symlink to build/make/target, but in the symlink\nforest, build/target is a symlink to the source dir\u0027s build/target\ninstead of to the symlink forest\u0027s build/make/target. This means\nthat when reading this build file via the build/target symlink,\nyou won\u0027t get the bp2build-provided default visibility.
