Adding the missing audio files into the SDK system image The system audio files are not included in the SDK image makefile. It causes the audio effects cannot be played in the SDK image. It also fixed lots of error messages in the logcat. Change-Id: I1670b2b9e4f8fe6709cd68b8e792e2f8c289876f
