[gbl] Add memory mappings to ZBI items for fuchsia boot.

Added EFI memory attributes to ZBI items.
Added same attributes mapped to ZBI MEC_CONFIG item.
Added missing type definitions.
Added helpers to iterate through memory descriptors.
