Fix unwinding_through_signal_frame test. I accidentally removed the compilcation of the test implementation file with special flags needed for the test to work. This change creates the impl as a library with those flags back. Bug: 14819262 Change-Id: Ib84fd26a7f4d40a0267d3ed686185b0abc5a3706
