Fix the glibc tests again. The glibc tests are just a regular host binary; they don't require that you're targeting x86 or x86_64. They do seem to pick up the suffix of the target though, even though they're always 32-bit. Change-Id: I689ca2a4f8d7b397afa4df722b95b0d7ec904bf6
