Add two more tests to the ART MTS test list file of "eng-only" tests.

This change adds the following tests (already part of ART's Test
Mapping file) to the ART MTS "eng-only" test list:

* `art_standalone_dexoptanalyzer_tests`
* `art_standalone_profman_tests`
