Fix oat_test for the LLVM route.

LLVM doesn't use Frame, so we don't need to check the frame size.

While testing the elf reader, We may need to add other checks such as:
EXPECT_EQ(oat_method.GetElfIndex(), compiled_method->GetElfIndex());
