Fix a braino in FindDeclaredVirtualMethodByName. It's been there for some time, spotted by solanes@. Adjust usage in test file `runtime_state.cc` and manually implement the lookup there. Test: test.py Flag: EXEMPT braino Change-Id: I2bf3ab623ee8ad75a263993d8590f51c969600ea
