ART: Add test for DetachCurrentThread monitor behavior DetachCurrentThread is supposed to release any locks acquired through JNI. The functionality has been there, add a test. Bug: 20453586 Change-Id: I537f38e3e4003fe0846d037dbb235f2ea6ff8716
