Refactor code aroud method resolution.

- Make unresolved AOT entrypoints use the tls cache
- Remove duplicate code
- Inline method access checks logic in its only use.
- Fix in ClassLinker::ResolveMethodWithoutInvokeType() by calling shared
  helper.

Test: test.py
