Fix ddms allocation tracking. This broke when ClassHelper and MethodHelper started returning pointers that don't outlast their own lifetimes. Just copy everything (and add an assertion that we never fail to find anything in the tables). Change-Id: Ifcc59a62f325bf3dca8bb5fdd3089cc8431c8957
