Remove the checkcast quickening optimization. Quickening is now disabled, and the optimization uses VerifierDeps post-verification, which we plan on not supporting for future verifier improvements. Test: test.py Bug: 112676029 Change-Id: Ie9004b27c93e1189e6c1142494e79cd84b05400c
