Revert^2 "Remove libz from art_libunwindstack_static_defaults"

This reverts commit 7ad3f8f4d204006fd6677f633155ca9534198f5b.

Reason for revert: Temporarily relanding https://r.android.com/3124154 to get the ASAN builds green, because a proper fix requires some restructuring of the *_static_defaults.
