Fix insertion of parallel move when connecting siblings. Also add a check that ensures parallel moves have been inserted correctly. This fixes tests: org.apache.harmony.tests.java.util.BitSetTest#test_nextSetBitI org.apache.harmony.tests.java.util.BitSetTest#test_31036_set On host/x64.
