Store runtime images under an oat directory. So they're not stored in the root data directory of an app. Also: - Add traces around image generation. - Rename the temp file to end with art32/art64. Test: test.py Bug: 266565323 Change-Id: I735eb1f93322cdc22118bcfc60ddebe1603f8965
