Allow run_net_test.sh to use a pre-existing kernel binary. This is useful to check whether a prebuilt built by the build server, or one built using build server scripts in a local tree, passes the tests. Bug: 23016816 Change-Id: I7001f57c6a7ae335b41eba37caad5aeb2368a223
