Implement a workaround for clang + PARAVIRT failure. Make sure that CC is passed to kbuild when we build the kernel. We must disable CONFIG_PARAVIRT due to an upstream bug. Apply the workaround unconditionally, as PARAVIRT does nothing on UML.
