dts: taimen: lower fg-temp charging factor & comp on high temp

The temperature compensation algorithm is returning excessive delta
temperature in high battery temp cases and while charging.
Lower the charging comp and the factor in the 45 to 55 degC temperatures
to avoid getting the device too hot while charging.
