qpnp-smb2: reverse sign of current_now for targeting SDK 28

In SDK28:
Positive values indicate net current entering the battery
from a charge source, negative values indicate net current
discharging from the battery.

The sign read from bms is opposite, reverse it for SDK 28
requirement.
