Battery: Write SOC = 1% to gauge register in restore() function. When the device shutdown and battery level = 0%. Next time the device boots up, set the battery level = 1% in the restore() function. Change-Id: I3e9c25f34d348f8cd9a03391d4492e469c33e91c
