fw-api: Increase the number of supported interfaces

Currently the max number of interfaces supported by the driver is 4.
In the case where there is a need to create two extra interfaces apart
from wlan0, wlan1 and p2p0 (e.g. aware_dataN interfaces), the creation
fails.

Increase the number of supported VDEVs from 4 to 5.
