audio:  fixup crus_sp_compat_ioctl

crus_sp_ioctl_header needs to be re-allocated in
crus_sp_compat_ioctl since the size of the structure
is different between 32-bit and 64-bit callers.

Also fixup the contained userspace pointer with
compat_ptr().
