hikey_defconfig: Update hikey_defconfig to reccomended configurations Using the reccomended configuration fragments, this patch updates the hikey_defconfig file. Importantly, this disables CONFIG_RT_GROUP_SCHED, which causes bluetooth problems with sched_setscheduler() failing.
