tma525c: system-wide pm stay awake before changing power mode

1. add pair of pm_stay_awake an pm_relax for resume and suspend
2. trigger touch suspend process in early trigger of display
   notification of idle/suspend

Test: check there's no pm suspend happened during the process of
changing touch power mode
