  "message": "cpuidle: governor: menu: don\u0027t use loadavg\n\nget_loadavg doesn\u0027t work as intended.  According to the comments, it\nshould be returning an average over a few seconds, but it is actually\nreading the instantaneous load.  It is almost always returning 0, but\ncan sometimes, depending on workload, spike very high into the hundreds\neven when the average cpu load is under 10%.
