build_abi.sh: use the distributed abi_whitelist from DIST_DIR

While $KERNEL_DIR/$KMI_WHITELIST is the correct whitelist file as of
now, the kernel build (as in build.sh) could preprocess it, combine
several or possibly add special entries to the whitelist. Be tolerant
about that by just using the version from DIST_DIR. Updates still only
happen on $KMI_WHITELIST.
