easelcomm: Reset cmdchan before sending bootstrap MSI This patch adjusts the timing to make sure Easel side ringbuffer is re-initialized before the bootstrap MSI is delivered to AP. This fixes some issue that bootstrap MSI is delivered, but a clock change request does not get its reply. Also modifies easelcomm_cmd_channel_data_handler for more precise error message.
