ARM: exynos: Manta: Change gps binary & xml for clearing a buganizer#8911981 At latest binary, there was an issue(buganizer#8911981). So we received binary for resolving this from BROADCOM. There gps binaries include below, 1. At gpsd boot, device will delete /data/gps/log/. 2. Gps log function will be disabled.
