make adspd trusted across multi-user boundaries. f247d45f8881b5987b5599193028156264498565 was an incomplete change. In addition to marking /dev/socket/adspdsock as trusted across multi-user boundaries, we also need to mark the adspd process itself as trusted across multiuser boundaries.
